Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed and shipped.
That said, we understand issues can come up. If you contact us immediately upon receiving your order, we will review your case and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. Requests made after this window, or after the product has been opened or used, will not be eligible.
To start a refund request, email us right away at info@avadelabs.shop with your order number and the reason for your request.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right where applicable.
